Ashok Menon is a co-founder and Senior Vice President of Marine Market Systems and has a passion for the underwater world and marine conservation. He has lived in Mozambique for 15 years and has been diving throughout the world, seeing firsthand how market forces can help to advance marine conservation efforts. He has an MA in Commercial Diplomacy and Trade and is completing an MSc in International Marine Science.
With extensive experience in both the private and conservation sectors, Ashok brings a unique perspective on how to align economic incentives with marine protection. His work focuses on developing market-based solutions that create sustainable livelihoods for coastal communities while protecting marine ecosystems.
