Tim is a founder of Marine Market Systems Mozambique and brings over 35 years of international development experience including more than 20 years in Mozambique advancing inclusive growth, biodiversity conservation, and private sector development.
As a senior USAID leader, he managed over $200M in trade, agriculture, and natural resource programs. Tim helped establish Mozambique's Confederation of Business Associations (CTA), supported SADC trade negotiations, and led post-conflict reintegration efforts.
He has championed nature-based economic development, advising on Gorongosa National Park and biodiversity policy under USAID's SPEED+ project. His deep cross-sectoral experience strengthens MMS's mission to deliver scalable marine solutions that benefit people and nature.
